Energy medicine is the realigning of the energy body – the subtle being – which awakens the body to its own healing capabilities, restores harmony to the mind, body, and spirit, and renews the fullness of potential that every person possesses.
Solé uses a blend of Reiki/energywork paired with her psychology background, to tailor her sessions unique to each person and their distinct needs.
She has taken clients for a wide scope of reasons, ranging from mental, physical, and emotional illness, aid during the cancer process, chakra balancing, and for overall well-being & expansion.
All healing sessions begin with space to connect with Solé therapeutically and/or to discuss intentions for the session. Then while lying down, Solé will guide you through a meditation that will ease you into a very relaxed, meditative space. Solé then uses an exchange of energy to address any specific physical or emotional ailment, or to simply adjust and balance the health and wellbeing of your physical, emotional, mental, and energetic systems.
Solé offers Reiki healing sessions in the Austin Area, and also distance healing sessions to clients all over the world.
